Cancellation is free up to 5 days before check-in. If your booked flight is cancelled because of a typhoon or another disruption after that deadline, we will still provide a full refund.
Please provide the airline’s cancellation notice. Delays and changes made for personal reasons are not covered. Refunds are processed according to the booking platform’s procedures.
